Walter Mosher is the Attorney-in-Charge at the Law Office of Walt Mosher, located in Dallas, Texas. Since 1989, Attorney Mosher has been providing legal representation and trusted legal counsel to clients in the areas of tax law, business law, and immigration law. He and his law firm team are committed to serving individuals and businesses from around the world with professional, personalized, and compassionate legal expertise, representing each client to the fullest extent of the law.

With a dual background as an Attorney and Counselor-at-Law and a Certified Public Accountant, Attorney Mosher brings over three decades of experience to his practice. His education includes a Juris Doctor degree from SMU Dedman School of Law, a Master of Accountancy degree from the University of Georgia, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Arkansas State University.

In addition to leading the firm, Attorney Walter Mosher is an Adjunct Professor at SMU Dedman School of Law, where he teaches state and local tax law. He also shares his knowledge with the public through the “Legal Thoughts Podcast,” offering valuable insights into tax law, business law, and immigration law matters. Attorney Mosher also serves as a judge for ABA competitions that help train aspiring lawyers and as a panelist speaker for local bar associations.
